  • Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing them by contacting our support team.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once out for delivery, but you may refuse the order at the doorstep.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if the order is canceled after processing begins.

Cancellation by Pureo Fresh

Orders may be canceled by Pureo Fresh due to:

  • Item unavailability
  • Delivery partner issues
  • Merchant fulfillment problems

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received incorrect or damaged items
  • Your order was not delivered
  • There was a verified issue with the quality of products

Refund Process

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Contact our support team with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, some items - especially highly perishable goods - may not be eligible for refunds unless they are proven to be damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
